Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is GSS Poland Sp. z o.o., owner of the Qlic project, with its registered office in Gdynia, Poland.

Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Your personal data (name, email address and optionally, device information) are collected solely for the purpose of contacting you about testing the Qlic MVP and gathering your voluntary feedback.
The legal basis for processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Data Retention
Your data will be stored for the duration of the MVP testing phase, but no longer than 12 months from submission, unless you withdraw consent earlier. After that, your data will be deleted permanently
Data Recipients
Your data will be accessible only to Qlic’s internal development team and technical service providers that securely host our website and email systems. We will not share or sell your data to any third parties.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- request correction or deletion,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing),
- lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data
- Protection Office – UODO, Poland).

Additional Notes
The Qlic MVP is an early-stage prototype, not GDPR- or MDR-certified, and must not be relied on as a healthcare product.
Submitting your data is voluntary but without it we cannot contact you for testing invitations.
